    Speeding

    Been caught doing 41 in a 30 zone. By an officer with a speed gun. No previous points, never been on a course and never had any issues. The officer said the worst case I would get 3points and a fine? Is this correct? I am disabled and rely on my car for my every day needs so I'm worrying:
