My contracted hrs are 8 per week. My rota for this week will give me 37.5hrs (which I didn't ask for or asked to do) but I also handed in my notice today and was told 1 week notice is required. Do I have to work the extra hrs I wad giving as technically ive worked my contracted hrs already so therefore my weeks notice is worked.
