    hi everyone . about 3 days ago I received a letter from Mortimer Clarke solicitors ,who are acting on behalf of cabot who are asking for a sum of money within 14 days of the letter if not they have been instructed to issue a claim against me . the last time I had help on this site I t was brilliant. this was back in 2014 main helpers were nemesis and amythist .do I send a cca or has everything changed not certain where to go with this .any help would be much appreciated , just one more thing at the bottom of the letter it says "you will note from the footer on our letterhead that this firm is a member of the cabot credit management group of companies ???

    Yes, MC are part of Cabot.

    What is the alleged debt for? (Credit card, loan, overdraft etc.).
    & how much? (Approx)
