By the look of it they want the car back?
Have you contacted them or some-one on here to look through it for you and know you're legal right's?

yes i am ...give hem notice of termination (template letter from this side) but the company told me if I do not sign this form will not start my practice

So write back and tell them that you have already terminated the agreement in your letter dated xxxx. You require the car to be collected within 14 days of receipt of this letter. After that date you will be billing for storage at the rate of £10 per day. You will also transfer the registration details to their name and they will be responsible for insurance and tax. If the car continues to remain after 6 weeks you will consider it abandoned and will dispose of it via auction and send them the money after deducting your expenses.

That last bit is not the correct wording but someone will help with that.

As always, they can't refuse to VT. If that is what they are saying then you should make a formal complaint about it with a view to complaining to the Ombudsman.

Or you can do as Ostell has suggested and write to them instead and threaten to sell the car. If you do a search on the forum for 'Torts (interference with goods) Act 1977' you will find plenty of template letters.
