    Hi after posting a couple of weeks ago (26 April) seeking advice about a claim form i received about a debt i do not believe is mine. I sent a request CPR 31.14 to Lowell solicitors. But i have still not received an response. I did my acknowledgement of service online on 26th so not sure how long i have to file a defence is it 28 days?. what do i do next as i have received no response atall.

    So 27th May for the defence (which is a Saturday, so at a pinch, Monday 29th).
    (But check the date yourself).

    The above link will give you an idea of the layout, but you will possibly need to tweak the content as the claim is for an alleged mobile 'phone contract debt? We cannot tell, from the info you have given, whether the Consumer Credit Act is applicable. It usually isn't in mobile 'phone cases.
