  • PPI Claims

    Hope someone can help?????
    I won my case against a company to get my PPI back,however the company has not been in touch with a settlement figure and the solicitors cannot proceed. they have told me it is down to me now to chase it. does anyone know what i need to do now?

      Yes it went to the Financial Ombudsman twice and both times it was awarded in our favour.

        who is the firm, are they still in business?

        have you talked to the Financial Ombudsman about this?

          The firm I dealt with was MRH Solicitors and it was against Central Credit. I have emailed the FO and I am awaiting a response from them.
