  • Lowell Solicitors CCJ

Hi looking for some more advice, having recently received a letter of claim from Lowell Solicitors regarding a old account with Aqua ( NewDay Ltd) requesting 1200£ which is now owned by Lowell Portfolio. I have sent a letter template letter from this forum requesting my credit agreement etc with Lowells Portfolio as they are the new owners of the alleged debt before they can apply for a CCJ. I have received a letter today regarding my request and they say that they have requested the original documents from Newday ltd the original creditor to include defaults incurred. They said the requested documents will sent to me and account is on hold until then. Can anyone help with this thanks
