hi i need a bit of help i owed £170 on a court fine but paid that off when the bailifts sent me a letter but they have not left ne a lone in nov 16 i rang and said i can pay £10 aweek but were very rude and said no ive also rang a few times after and offered a payment plan now i have a letter through my door saying they have a magistrates warrent and they ate coming back to take my things because i owe the bailifts £350 can they just just come and take my things ive have and still am willing to do a payment plan . thank you for any help

Hi jodyc123 Who did you pay the £170 fine to was it the court direct or to the bailiffs as i suspect the baillifs have taken their fee and not paid your fine
