Hello all, i am in need of some advice please regarding being accountable for the death of someone within my service, it has been a long period of suspension followed by me resigning from my job as my employers are clearly making it impossible for me to return, they accepted my resignation but are now applying to DBS, they are going to ruin me for something that i am not responsible for and i dont know where to get help, can anyone help please ?

I would just be vary carfull what you post in relation to this without legal advice.
Was you a union member at your work ?
do you have legal reprisenmtation independant to your old work ( would consider that )
Make sure you have legal advice thats not comming down line managment within your old service.crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
