  • New mini car

I bought a new mini from our local dealer after 10 months the gearbox failed and they replaced the box. The same thing happened last month and it needed another new gearbox. Is there any way I can give them this car back as I have lost all confidence in it.

How old is the car now? And it was new new? So they have failed to correct the problem first time round. You do have a right to reject the car but you will be charged for having the use of it.

The car is now just turned two years oldi bought it brand new. The first new gearbox was fitted after 10 months. In December this year we noticed that second gear was again crashing they took it in to check and told me that mini had authorised a new gear box. The car is on a PCP over 4 years
