    I have received this judgment via Lowells but have never accepted responsibility for the debt. Are they able to act on this?

        How long since you paid towards/acknowledged it??
        Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

        It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...

          so they got a CCJ due to you not challenging them i.e by default = they hope people do as you did nothing and they win, you pay!

          better let us know the full details i.e. taken out when. last payment, default date Credit file entries for JD Williams etc etc
