  • Bill of Sale

    Hi

If someone falsely claims to own a vehicle and then obtains a log book loan against it could the real owner dispute this and how ?? A credit company is claiming title to a car I own as whilst a relative was the registered keeper loans were taken out against the car. Has the company been defrauded or have I ??? Any kind advice would be very much appreciated

On what basis are they claiming title to the vehicle?
