  • secured creditors

    Hi

I'm new to this forum and this is my first posting so please bear with me,

I have a mortgage and 4 charges after the first mortgage charge.

If the house is sold it will only be sufficient to pay the first two creditors.

All the charges were secured on my property before I went bankrupt in 2009 so I'm informed that the remaining secured creditors cannot approach me for payment and therefore the debt is annulled.

The last charge was registered by a company (1st Credit (finance) ltd) without my knowledge and I'm not sure what its for.

I'm not entirely sure what I should request from them and frankly I'm reluctant to contact them yet as they have a very bad write up on various websites.

I'm in a difficult position as I'm on the verge of retirement age and not in very good health.

Could anyone offer a solution ?

    Waldo
