How much have you paid so far? You should have a clause in the agreement which says "Termination: Your Rights" that will tell you how much you need to pay to extinguish your liability. IF you have not yet reached this amount you can still terminate the agreement but come to some arrangement with Nissan to repay the outstanding balance owedIf you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
