  • Disloyal employee

I gave just discovered one of my employees has the link to a rivals company's page on her facebook page. This company is owned by her friend and offers the same service as me, a couple of years ago she and her son opened this business just down the road from me and undercut my prices. I have felt for a while that I cannot trust this employee but this is the icing on the cake. She hasn't shared the link but also hasn't deleted it so it has been on her page now for over a month. Is there anything I can do about it?

What clause in her contract of employment bars her from doing anything on facebook?
What evidence do you have that she has even given her friend details of your clients?
