Hi,I have a DMP with Stepchange and have since the early 00's.. I want to start negotiations with my creditors to get my accounts settled all of which are debt collection agency's - but i only want to pay a reduced settlement amount.
I have sent off my CCA Request to them - as i believe they will not have copies of my agreements they all date back from late 90's to early 00's - this should give me a bargaining tool to negotiate settlements?. how long should i leave it in order to call them and start negotiations..
