Debenhams Order of Exclusion

Can anyone tell me I have a order of exclusion which will remain until its withdrawn by the store manager. 2 questions how long is in force for and how will I know if its been withdrawn by the manager

The ban is open ended, and you will only know if the manager contacts you to tell you it has been lifted.

I have heard in other cases where the ban is removed after three months
