My husband has applied to the court for a non molestation order, I have locked out of my own property and was made aware of this from a friend. It is due to go to court that is week, no papers have officially been served on me. What is the next step, when officially should the papers be served on me?

    Can anyone help

On what basis has he applied for this order? has there been any threats of violence? any harassment? any grounds for such an application?
