Did you sign contracts with 2 CMCs?

If so who are they?

What stage is you claim at?

Hi..yes..

They are Gladstone Brookes - joined last august . Brunel Franklin mid Jan 2017. I spoke to my Bank Clydesdale and they say they have no note of a 3rd Party being involved. They said they have only ever received a photocopy of a letter from one - I don't know which one . They - the Bank- did not accept this as it was a photocopy.,
The Bank said they do not enter into communication with the Claims companies. I have emailed both to inform them I no longer wish to deal with them (claims companies that is)- as per their terms and conditions . I have also informed the Bank of this too.. Still waiting for settlement. Thank you for your help and advice.

Ok it sounds like whichever CMC it was sent a photocopied letter of authority which the bank declined.

I think that if the bank had an unphotocopied letter of authority they wouldn't have any choice. Do you have that in writing?

If you've cancelled with both CMCs it's possible that they might make a charge for the work done to date. If they do, let us know.
