Sent a CCA request to a DCA and they have returned my PO with a statement saying "Please be advised that the DOA is a confidential document between us and the original lender and is not available for disclosure" "we sent a notice of assignment to your address in 20XX, this is sufficient to confirm our ownership. Only the courts can request disclosure of a DOA"

    I have returned your £1.00

My gut is they do not have a CCA and by returning the £1 they are avoiding me going to stage two, anyone have thoughts or ideas?

is it just the CCA1974 you asked for? if so then they have 12+4 days to supply before enforceable until they do. maybe more in on this alledged debt be useful. a=
