Hi there I had a debt locksmiths took me to court yesterday to get a decree against me they said my offer was to low and they were still going to court I did make another offer to them but heard nothing as I did not work this was the best I could do but no reply how can I find out if judge granted the decree at the sheriff court (scotland) I don't want sheriff officers showing up at my home dont know what to do

Phone the court quote your case number from the claim form and ask what happened.
