I have a claim against a company through MCOL. The Company have filed a defence of which I have a copy and the Court has issued a DQ to them but not to me. Should I have received a DQ as I understand from MCOL Guide both parties receive this and it has to be completed and returned within a specified timeframe. Anyone had this happen to them.

Call the court and get another one sent out.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
