stolen CARD ATM cash withdraws CCTV

My card was recently stolen and showed two cash withdraws at an ATM that haven't been made by me. I called my bank up, locked the card and got more details about those withdraws. They said they will look at CCTV and get back to me. My question is, will they really look at CCTV and will I see this footage? I like to find out who that was. Or will I just get my money back? ( UK based )
