HiI have been told by united utilities that im on a shared supply , we have a leak and united utilities have told my neighbour its not a shared supply and the leak is on my pipe that branches into my property ! so therefore im responsible . the shared pipe runs under my garage , kitchen and into dinning room where it then branches off into my house ( this is because extensions have been built at a later stage than the initial house being built ) so because of what neighbour has been told they will not help with the cost of having supply pipe re-routed so it connects to mains to solve the leak any help would be very appreciated tia
