I'm coming to the end of the mortgage term unable to repay capital at the present time.
1) Lender only offering a new repayment mortgage subject to a new application to age 75.
would completely affordable due to my age of 67.
2) Lender refuses to base the term on my wife's age, who is twenty years younger than me.
3) We have a five year old son and become homeless.
4) I have been writing to lender for for the last three years without any positive help.
5) I must have been mis-sold. I don't understand how I was on a 10 year mortgage term.
6) FSA has asked to deal fairly with IO Mortgage holders. Not happening.
7) I call the lender and was told to sell the house as quick as possible.
8) Many lenders are offering to extend term but not Santander.
9) Calculating a new mortgage on twenty-five years I found out the the lender has been charging me similar rate to a 25 year repayment to a ten year IO Mortgage.
I'm have been paying 4.49%.
Is there any legal way I can force the lender to extend my mortgage term?
