    Hi I am new to the site I would like to ask has anyone tried to claim back charges from a loan company as I took out a loan in 1998 and am struggling to pay they have added interest and I think charges to this account it was for 15,000 now 20,000 I am going to send the letter for the statments of charges data protection letter and a cheque for the £10.00 like the banks has anyone got any info on this

      You can make a claim for unlawful charges.
