I am the Claimant, my moneyclaim was heard on 1st Feb 2017, the Judge gave no Judgement at the hearing. Received an N24 Judgment order that proceedings adjourned to 17 Feb 2017 and parties need not attend.
Now (17th Feb morning post) received an N24 Judgment order dated 16th Feb 2017 top right hand corner, but text of order states "IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. Judgment as attached Dateted 1 February 2017.
As there is no reference to appeal I am assuming I have 21 days to appeal, but it is 21 days from the 1st Feb Hearing or the 17th Feb or the 16th Feb?
Please help as I am panicking that I have to get the appeal done by Monday 20th Feb, which gives me only 3 days!
