hi im vicky and im just looking for some help, my partner has been accused of burgalry, and is due in cort on the 28th feb to start trial, he is on working tax credits but not got all the documents they need to apply for legal aid. can someone please help us.. is there any other way?? or if we have to go private will there be a payment scheem that can help??
