Need advise on a uk. Property restriction

I have an agreed restriction. On some else title deed.
What I need to know . Can he sell his house with my restriction on is title deed . With a agrement lodged at the land register. It was a loan for 1 year ,but I.haven't been payed back

Would really appreciate same feed back please.
13.10.2015.restriction.no disposition of the registered estate by the propriter of the registered estate. Or by the propriter of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of this Restriction is to be registered with out a certificate signead by me.
That the provision of an agreement dated 30 th September 2015, made between me and Mr x. Have been complied with.

No the debt to you would have to be discharged either prior to or at completion. The land registry won't remove your restriction without you confirming in writing that you agree to its removal
