    What chance have I got to win Lowell? I sent a letter asking for a credit agreement under the consumer act I also sent a £1 postal order but they didn't send me what I asked for plus they took the £1off the alleged debt balance anymore advice appreciated many thanks

        nonsense, people on here do this in their spare time for nothing so lets get that straight,

        now then if a CCA1974 letter & relevant £1.00 postal order then they are contravening the legislation of 12 + 2 days, if the CCA1974 taken out before 2007 then they would need to produce it in court at a later stage, Lowell will issue on nearly all occasions hoping to get a default judgement where defendants do not challenge, those that do challenge them they push usually to the very last minute before discontinuing on so many occasions.

        secondly how about giving the peeps on here real information on the alledged debt, i.e:- claimant/who originator/last payment etc etc, has a N1 court form been issued, and lastly make your own thread on the subject then no confusion on whose account being responded to

        as for you stating in one para that a fee has been credited to an account, keep the proof for possibly use later.
