  • HMRC Overpayment

Hi my uncle passed away with cancer back in 2014 and I, had to take some time off I had an overpayment with HMRC in 2015 for £1560 I should have let them know that I stopped work sooner, I have sent off mandatory reconsiderations and appeals. But they dont care I still have £600 to pay, is there anything I can do I have paid £900 plus off. But I am not happy with can I take them, to the small claim's courts any help would be grateful.
