  • car personal lease deal

Hello there I took out a personal lease deal with Hypo car dealers over a 4 year period. When I agreed the deal with the sales person I stipulated over the phone that I wished to hand the vehicle back after that period with no costs to myself. When I rang Hypo making enquiries to return the vehicle early and telling them this there reply was "No its not that easy" They stated I would have fees ect and any finance o/s I would have to pay. I advised them of what I had said initially to which they denied. I asked them to recover my phone conversation from there archives to which they replied "sorry we have changed provider and cant do that" !!
So what I want to do next....
Return the vehicle: I have calculated that in March when I have paid them I will have paid over the 50% (including finance interest)
What letter can I send to them ?

What does your contract say about it all?
