Dear all,
Thanks for taking time to read this. In a nutshell, if an outgoing property management company has an on going dispute with Landlord, and a new property management company has taken over the contract, does the responsibility for the open dispute pass over to the new company too? (The previous company is still trading).
Matt.
PS. Utterly brilliant website!
Update: I think I should give you some specific detail: The previous and now sacked management company hired a contractor who mistakenly painted some metal window frames that should not have been painted, they are now spoiled. The new management company has now taken over so at this stage am not sure who to pursue my case with!
Perhaps should have made that clear from the start!
Thanks again!
