Had a property repossessed by them more than 20 years ago. Believe they sold it below market value at the time, but no proof. Admitted liability for the shortfall debt and still paying after all this time. However, never missed a payment, but they have passed my debt to Drydens Fairfax and told them I defaulted last year which I did not. Still paying £50 a month which I can ill afford but pay it anyway. Mortgage Express also reverted to sending letters to my ex husband at my address instead of in my name. My ex went bankrupt many years ago and never gets chased - MX don't want his details either. Think I have been treated very unfairly by them. What do I do?
