  • Voluntary Termination Issue

Hi everyone, i just need a bit of help please? I sent a VT letter on a template from on here, and i paid the last direct debit to take me over the halfway point in repaid payments.

I am still getting letters demanding the last two months payments, despite them receiving my letter of intention to end the agreement immeadiately. Ive had a form through to fill in, which is stating that i will need to return the vehicle myself to a local Manheim Auction Site (i thought that the company were liable to collect within 14 days?)

Also, it asks me to sign a form saying i agree to any charges for what they deem to be damages further to what is acceptable for wear and tear? Im sure i read on here that i shouldnt sign ANYTHING? As my intention to VT is all i need to do?

Any urgent advice would be greatly appreciated.....
