Quiet a few posts about bright house and just wanted some advice really I've been with bright house for many years and was wondering if I could claim back my osc payments and late payment fees I have all original statmets off brighthouse with all info just wounded if anyone has been successfull with anything similar

Hi, Ive been with Brighthouse for many years also and was told by one of the workers that the late fees were being cancelled and people might be able to Claim them back, this was summer last year and a few of our stores have now closed, does anyone have any information on this and how you go about claiming the late fees and OSC (which ive never used) back, any information would be appreciated thankyou.
