hello give me legal advocacy how can I send any legal letter to social worker to get my child off CP plan and get rid of social worker, which he by lying and frudnetly called us in the meeting by and then put on CP plan. Then when came know his cunning lies then we stopped going in further meetings and told them to cancell. But still social worker is not cancelling my child CP plan. Which legal action should I take. Please help me
