Hi guys Iv received a letter that looks similar to this (this isn't mine, I just found online but it's near identical!) and I have no idea what it means. It's in regards to student finance where a mistake was made years ago but i presumed this was sorted. Is it a count court judgement? I have googled it and some people say its a scare tactic to make you think its a judgement, others say its genuine. It went to my dads address and i haven't lived there for years. This is the first letter i have received. Im very worried as trying to buy a house at present. Iv checked my credit file and no mention of any debt or ccj.
