Hello to Everyone in the LeagalBeagles Forum...
A couple of years ago I inherited a share of a property in Spain, which is shared between my two brothers and five other people in spain, that's eight people in total.
The property is becoming a 'money pit' of bills, maintenance, administration and other costs.
I want to sell my share two my two brothers, I whould like to know if this is possible, or do I need to sell my share to all seven of the other share-holders of the property in Spain.
