  • Casino withholding winnings

    Hi
I deposited £50 with online casino and was surprise to see balance was £200. Went on to play slots and won over £12000. Looked at terms and conditions as i guessed i had been given bonus even though i was not asked if I wanted one. Terms said bonus must be played though 40x. So i did and ended up with balance of £10,000

Got email from casino to say withdraw cancelled as i breached T&c they quoted different terms. Went back to site and there was a link on an image to different terms for welcome bonus.

it stated the max stake could be £5.00 which i had breached. However these terms were not visible to me and and not included in normal T&C
They were hidden under image of promotion with a button to download the casino which is why it took me quite a white to find

Can I sue they are based in Alderney I have reported them to gambling commission but really feel i should get the winnings

What have the Commission said? In theory they could revoke the casinos license to operate in the U.K. but in my experience they're pretty toothless, except when they're harassing people like me anyway...
