    Hello i had my house repossessed through the bank double billing me
    what can i do

    first of all i would like to say sorry for not answering the reply to my post
    I have adhd and have had a lot of mental health problems since i lost my house
    i would like to know if this is normal for a bank

    You may have had your house repossessed but that doesn't necessarily mean the file is closed if the bank did something they shouldn't have done which was instrumental in them getting a repossession order against you.

    Was there a hearing and did you go to it in the hope of defending your position?

    Can you give a little more background information.

    Unless I'm mistaken you may live in Scotland where the legal process may differ slightly from the rest of the UK?
