    You can but its becomes more difficult and they hve to be made promptly and the application would be relief from sanctions.

    Not sure what you mean by your section question, if a party admits or denies something, they can't then withdraw that and any evidence which could have been relied on at trial is generally not admitted.

      So in theory the only option would be to make an application for a Court to consider relief from sanctions, which would be the Court extending the period for one party to appeal, extension due to the relief from sanction in principle.

      Is very complicated but it is like if someone is subject to a miscarrage of justice in a criminal matter there are avenues to prove the miscarriage but this seems to be the complete opposite and denial under the Civil Rules which seems to be a bit dated and unequal imo.
