Hi my pension was transferred out from the ministry of defence, i was cold called from Yardstick Marketing then someone came around, and i filled in the paperwork this then went to Integra, who were based in Liverpool they have now gone bust. The administrator was Pension Matters i sent the small claims court order to, one of the ex directors, the judgment came out that he did not defend it. i sent the information off to the Sheriffs office but my paperwork got lost, and as i could not attend the hearing. As the person who i put on the judgment appealed to get the judgment, set aside this happened i am now appealing it how can i get my money back if a company is now dissolved, through the directors of the company, or the company. Itself so Yardstick Marketing through cold calling me and putting the paperwork through, Integra, or Pension Matters, there is a company called Censure who are still active who is at fault?
