Can anyone advise on wether the employee or employer is liable for the training costs relating to SSSTS - site supervisors safety training scheme.
According to the hse website all h&s training is payable solely by the employer but the employer are saying that is nonsense and the cost will be deducted from final pay check
I am reluctant to write another email without clarification. I have filled in the online form on the h&s website but it can take up to 30 days for a response.
