This is my first post hope it's not too long
In Feb 2016 I paid a deposit of £25,000 to a building company in brighton to renovate my house to accomadate my disabled brother
Start date 25/4/16 completion date 19 /8 /16
They have been paid in full since June
Today 15 November they have still not completed the project
They have never accepted responsibility for the numerous delays alway blaming there suppliers
They have built the extension 440mm to small
They change the design of the staircase from the original plan without discussing it with me and my disabled brother cannot walk up it.
Any concerns I raise are dismissed
Next completion date November 18th
We have had no bathroom or toilet for the past six months.
Since employing them I have since heard that they have a history of not finishing a build a extensions being built to small for numerous people
Any advice would be gratefully recieved
