Restons prseumably waant to increase CCJ payment

I have a debt to Arrow Global (9 years old ..paid £10 monthly without fail as a result of CCJ . Restons are saying they are reviwing the case and want financial statement....presumably to get me to pay more.(THreatening to cancel the agreement) Can they vary payment after this was AGREEDas CCJ by Arrow Globasl

only a court can - they seem to be begging people these days noticed - maybe they are nearly out of work
