Hi, I wonder if anyone could please shed some light on the following. Earlier this Year, I was awarded my 'Costs in Case', having successfully defended a claim. Having spoken to the County Court I understand there to be a County Court Judgement against the Paying party for this amount. Therefore, should I have been sent documentation from the Courts, verifying this C.C.J. so as that I have a record and can pursue this Debt,(High Court Enforcement) or is it just recorded electronically. Many Thanks.
