Hello there, I have been working for 3 years for the same boss, he has a small farm shop. He currently owes me 3 months wages, I have a contract and an additional one with my pay rise and change of hours on it... He announced that he was going to pull out of the shop and hand it to the guys that actually owes the building. I desperately need my money.. He has also not given me any payslips as he told me that if you are on the same wage every month you do not have to provide payslips, he also has not given me my P60, says he has not got it..
Please I really need some advice, what can I do?
He has always been late in paying but has always come good in the end, I live in the countryside and jobs are difficult to find..
