Birstow and sutor help!!!!

Hi I'm new to this site I just want help with ballif advice I have council tax owe and I've had an areggmebt set up with b&s which I'v made a payment of 1200 already but still owe £1700 and I've missed my payment date duee to not having the funds what can do if a ballif comes out
