  • first plus & elderbridge

    I was made bankrupt in 2009 and first plus was named .. though i lost everything the rest of the dept was written off by the solvency people .. now I am getting mail sent to my sisters address .. and each time i call and contact them .. they say the address has been removed and i wont here from them ... then 6 month later a letter about the rates going up or down .... how can i get them to stop contacting me?

    E-mail them with a copy of the latest correspondence attached, explain you have complained before & when. Let them know you take this harassment very seriously & you will take matters further if the response is insufficient or you receive any more communications other than to resolve this issue. Ask them to respond within 8 weeks to the address of your choice.

    If it does not work (it should) then you can go to the FOS, this will cost them monies & I think they will want to avoid this given it is a business.
